I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Charles on buying my first home in Chatham, MA. He is honest, super loyal, and makes the process fun. Charles knows the areas of Cape Cod- especially Hyannis to Chatham like the back of his hand. I appreciated that he was available all hours of the day/night and could pick up the phone to bring me insight on a property in minutes. What I enjoyed most about working with him, was that he made it a collaborative process from beginning to end. I don't think I ever would have ended up in the beautiful house he got me into if it had not been for his hard work and long dedicated process when showing me what it was that I didn't want. He stayed with me and never suggested going against my gut instinct in a market where supply at my price level was constantly dwindling. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Charles.
